How do I apply for APQN membership?

It takes approximately 5-10 minutes to apply for
APQN membership.

you will :

choose a membership type (individual or organizational)
establish ID and password to access your online member
profile create a member profile

Upon submitting your application you will receive an e-mail
confirmation. If your application is approved, welcome
materials and sign in information for your online member-
ship profile will follow within 5-7 business days. We will
contact you directly if your application is declined.

NOTE :

Near the end of the application process, you will be asked to provide your payment preference and billing information. While this is required at the time of your application submission, we will not process any payments until your membership application has been reviewed and approved.
