Full Membership shall be open to any governmental or nongovernmental Quitline in the Asia Pacific Region that has an interest in supporting APQN achieve its aims and objectives and is willing to adhere to the rules of APQN
Transitional Membership shall be also open to any governmental or nongovernmental organisation that is interested in or is in the process of setting up a Quitline for a Transitional Period of 2 years or more subject to Full Consultation with APQN membership
APQN and its Management shall have the power to refuse membership, or may terminate or suspend the membership of any Quitline or Organisation where it is considered membership would be detrimental to the aims, objectives and activities of APQN after Full Consultation with its members
Any member can resign by simply giving written notice to APQN Management
